As he sang “God Bless the USA,” veterans lined up in front of the stage, shaking hands with attendees eager to express their gratitude. “More and more lately, people have been thanking me for my service,” said Vietnam veteran Dave Blair. “Even the younger people these days have been coming to me more often and thanking me for my service.”
