August 5, 2025 – Clovis welcomes a new local haunt with a mythical flair. The award-winning Reborne Brewing Company, founded by veteran Ryan Parsley, has officially opened its first taproom, The Phoenix Nest Tavern, at 1018 San Jose Ave.
The brewery, which had its soft opening on June 7, offers a wide array of craft beers. With a rotating selection of 44 premium recipes and 16 beers consistently on tap, there’s always something new to discover.
Reborne Brewing’s story began in a Sanger garage in 2018. While Parsley’s original partner has since moved on, Parsley, a U.S. Air Force veteran who also serves in the California Air National Guard, has a bold vision for the future. He aims to establish his brewery as a major player in the Central San Joaquin Valley, starting with its new Clovis location.
Parsley’s commitment to mastering the craft is evident in the quality of his beer, with the ultimate goal of making Reborne Brewing the “next big thing” in the region. The Phoenix Nest Tavern is now ready to serve the community and plant its “Olde World Tavern” flag right here in Clovis.
